Property Description

Back in 1885, Hayes Valley was the edge of San Francisco, and it was where the coolest people were moving to build a new kind of mansion -Eastlake Stick - to house their loved ones. Now, as then, it's much the same - at the very center of San Francisco cultural life and where everyone wants to be. This grand home feels as fresh and exciting as it did 141 years ago. You are welcomed by a double doored entry, elegant entertaining rooms on the left and a sweeping curved staircase to the bedroom level on the right. At the rear of the main floor, past a half/bath, the open dining room/kitchen are perfect for, well, spending most of your time together (w/Viking range & stylish combo walnut/soapstone counters). The upper level features a two-room primary suite at the front, with custom built in closets, romantic window seat and huge bath with a soaking tub, double vanity and step in shower + two more large bedrooms and a bath + laundry. The lower level compliments the main house as 3 more beds/1 bath + a kitchen that goes directly to the rear garden or it can be used as a separate legal 2/1 unit. The home is further enhanced with luxurious conveniences like an outdoor kitchen + built-in firepit and radiant floor heating. And all the center of everything that matters in SF.
